Information about Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences (NAIHS)

Introduction:


Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences (NAIHS) located in Bhandarkhal, Sanobharyang,kathmandu.NAIHS is managed by the Welfare Planning Directorate of the Nepali Army.Under its three colleges (College of Medicine, College of Nursing, and College of Medical Polytechnic),NAIHS currently caters six diploma level programs, three bachelor level programs, and thirteen master level post-graduate programs in different areas of the medical field.Every year on 10 Jestha, NAIHS celebrate NAIHS DAY.

Shree Birendra Hospital is the teaching hospital of NAIHS and is located in Chhauni, Kathmandu. It is a tertiary level, modern, central and referral hospital of the Nepali Army. The hospital currently has 635 beds and it provides almost all types of medical services to the serving army personnel, retired army personnel, civilian faculty members and staff of NAIHS and their dependents.

Tution Fees:

• NAIHS only takes field visit fee other than the fee that is fixed by MEC.

Hostel Fees:

• Hostel of NAIHS is compulsory upto final year.Student have to bring their own matress while staying in hostel.Hostel Fee of NAIHS is according to rooms.Students have to pay hostel fee for 6 month or 12 months.If students pay 12 months fee in one time then students will get one month fee discount.

👉Single Beded with common bathroom-Rs 2500 Per Month
👉Double Beded with attached bathroom-Rs 3000 Per Month
👉Double Beded with common bathroom-Rs 2000 Per Month

Mess Fees:

• Mess Fee for boys hostel and girls hostel are different.

Ragging:

• NAIHS Admin is fully against ragging.If anyone found to be taking ragging then admin give punishment according to rules.
